Meet Our Chaplain
Leading our ministry efforts is Jason Cline, a dedicated Chaplain who has been with Covenant Ministry for several years. Jason’s experience, education, and certification in ministry make him an invaluable member of our team. His presence extends beyond that of a mere chaplain; he actively engages with our employees, visiting job sites, and providing support and care. Jason’s personal commitment to men’s ministry, financial coaching, and authorship further reflects his passion for helping. Alongside his wife Jamie, he serves at Indian Lake Peninsula Church in Hendersonville, TN, embodying our company’s ethos of faith and service.
Constructing Better Lives
Our approach includes an in-house bible study that fosters community and spiritual growth among employees. We organize various events and initiatives, from employee appreciation programs to family gatherings and community outreach, all orchestrated by our dedicated Care Team ministry.
