Concrete Surveyor

As a Concrete Construction Surveyor at Covenant Concrete Construction LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our concrete construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey measurements, layout points, and data analysis to guide the construction process. Your expertise will help shape the foundation of our projects and ensure they are built with the highest level of quality.

• Conduct surveys to establish reference points, markers, and benchmarks for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and laser levels to accurately measure and layout construction points.
• Ensure proper alignment, elevation, and positioning of concrete forms, foundations, walls, and other structural elements.
• Monitor and adjust construction processes based on survey measurements and data analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate survey reports to project managers and engineers Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to construction layout and measurements.
• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working on construction sites.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Construction Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
• Proficiency in using total stations, GPS systems, and surveying software.
• Solid knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and calculations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
