Concrete Laborer

Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual looking to start a career in the construction industry? We are currently seeking a motivated Concrete Laborer to join our team at Covenant Concrete Construction LLC. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our skilled concrete workers in various tasks related to concrete pouring, finishing, and maintenance.

• Assist in the setup of concrete forms and molds before pouring.
• Mix concrete materials and assist in pouring concrete into designated forms.
• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
• Operate power tools such as concrete saws, jackhammers, and vibrators under the guidance of experienced workers.
• Assist in the installation of rebar and other structural materials.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area on a regular basis.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.

• Previous experience in concrete work is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
